Recognize National Cancer Survivors Day® with a Gift of Honor and Hope

In celebration of National Cancer Survivors Day®, the Nassif Community Cancer Center invites you to honor the courage and resilience of those impacted by cancer. With a donation of $25 or more, you can pay tribute to a cancer survivor, a dedicated caregiver, or a compassionate care provider.

Your message of support will be displayed throughout the Community Cancer Center — serving as a powerful reminder of the strength of our community and the shared journey of healing and hope.

Together, we can celebrate survivorship, inspire those facing a new diagnosis, and recognize the invaluable support of loved ones and healthcare professionals.

SUPPORT PATIENTS LIKE KELLIE

You are invited to join Nassif Community Cancer Center and communities across the world to celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day®. Honor those who have survived, inspire those recently diagnosed and acknowledge family members, friends and oncology health care providers who have walked alongside patients in their journeys.

Patients like Kellie, a three time cancer survivor.

“I was at work in February 2017 when my doctor called to say I had colon cancer,” says Kellie Lindblom, assistant vice president with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. “My co-workers heard me gasp. Everything was a whirlwind after that. I don’t even remember driving home.”

What Kellie does remember is the next phone call she received. It was Connie Dietiker, care coordinator with Helen G. Nassif Community Cancer Center.
“Connie was very calming,” Lindblom recalls. “She said ‘we are going to help you through this.’”

100% of your donation will support patients through our programs and services like from providing wellness classes for cancer patients to funding participation in clinical trials.
