We are Committed to Serving Our Community

The UnityPoint Health Family Medicine Clinic in Conrad has played a vital role in providing primary care services in the rural community and surrounding areas. The Family Medicine Clinic is a not-for-profit healthcare provider focused on providing exceptional care for Conrad and beyond. Each year, the clinic logs about 12,000 patient visits, including patients from across the area. Every person is cared for with empathy and expertise. However, in its current location, the clinic can only support two providers, and the facility lacks features that newer, modern clinics rely on. The building is out-of-date and requires significant ongoing maintenance and upkeep. A new facility, built on land the community has already donated, will let us offer three full-time providers as well as enhanced technology and services to greatly improve access to quality care now and into the future.

The campaign to build the new medical clinic is seeking $1 million of the $3.5 million project. Please join us and impact healthcare in your community for years to come!

A vibrant family medicine clinic is an invaluable asset to the Conrad community. We demonstrate our ongoing commitment to Conrad and the surrounding area by reinvesting all revenues back into supporting the excellent care delivered by healthcare professionals who live here. “The staff there are locals in the community. Anytime a small community is able to provide healthcare to its residents, it’s a critical part of the community.” The clinic currently provides vital primary care and family medicine services for Conrad and the surrounding area. A new facility is the foundation of a healthy future for our shared community. Once built, the facility will allow for the addition of a new full-time provider, bringing the total to three. The new space will be much more efficient, and will offer enhanced patient safety and comfort along with new lab, x-ray equipment and a telehealth room for access to specialty providers.
