At UnityPoint Hospice and Taylor House Hospice, this time of year holds special meaning to us and the families we serve. You can honor your loved one and create a meaningful difference to others by supporting our programs and services such as the Comfort Therapies Program, beareavement support, Legacies and Last Wishes and so much more. Your donation will help our patients and their families make lasting memories. If you make a gift by November 29, your loved one’s name will be put on a custom ornament and displayed on a tree at Taylor House Hospice for all to see.
